We have just been reliably informed that the strike embarked by the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic, ASUP might be called off next week Tuesday, 24th June, 2014.
On NTA News -> “The FG have agreed to sign MOU with ASUP.” Once the MOU is signed hopefully on Tuesday, the ASUP President is expected to suspend the strike unconditionally as promised. This is what The Federal Polytechnic, Bida (ASUP-BD) is banking on. That’s all we know for now. Special thanks to Pamela Ibrahim for the news update above.
