Rock Ross is a new man following undergoing stomach band surgery and reportedly dropping at least 100 pounds.
The rapper showed off the dramatic alter at Hot 107.9′s Birthday Bash 19, where he performed along with Drake, TI, Meek Mill, and a quantity of other folks.
The web site AllHipHop reported that with all the large name hip-hop stars in attendance, Rick Ross was the talk of the party.
